PMI Heart of Texas is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties real time access to maintenance requests and billing.

David Trevino is the Owner and General Manager of PMI Heart of Texas and brings to his company a passion for customer service and process excellence. David has over 20 years experience in financial management, deal management, program and project management and vendor management for Fortune 100 companies in the tech industry.
David has earned a bachelor’s degree from UT San Antonio, and an MBA from UT Austin. David is a licensed Realtor and member of the Texas Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is a candidate for both certifications as a Residential Management Professional (RMP®) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®).

Brian Schoolcraft is the Owner/President of PMI Metroplex and is an experienced customer service operations manager with an extensive background overseeing a wide range of teams/initiatives at Fortune 100 companies in the financial services industry. His experience includes managing customer service/sales teams and contact centers, project management (utilizing Six Sigma techniques to drive efficiencies), and program management, all with a focus on the customer experience. Brian’s volunteer experience includes serving as Treasurer for several local 501c3 non-profits.
Brian Schoolcraft holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University Fullerton, and an MBA from Pepperdine. Brian is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
